Membership Types

Archery Victoria/Australia and their member clubs generally offer 4 types of membership, these are;

Temporary Members; Head to Archery Australia for more info.

Non-Shooting Members; Non-shooting members are acknowledged by both Archery Australia and Archery Victoria. These members are generally volunteers within the club, who volunteer their service and do not wish to actively participate in Archery. Non-shooting club members are covered by AA insurance. The archery Australia fee for this membership is $24 (which contributes to the voluntary workers insurance) and the archery Victoria fee is $6.

Full Members; Members who have joined a club and paid AA/AV membership and club fees to that club. A member cannot be a full member of more than one club, but can hold multiple associate memberships.

Associate Members; These are archers who have paid full membership to one club, but also utilize the facilities of another. Their AA/AV membership will be paid to the club that they represent in competition, but they will pay a separate lot of club fees to use the facilities of their associate club membership. Rights and privileges attaching to an Associate Membership may vary from club to club. Some clubs may allow Associates to vote at meetings or stand for a Committee position, others may not.

We are grateful to the Organisations below for their ongoing support of Archery in Victoria.
