It is with great pleasure and excitement that we announce the results of the Victorian Team Selection to the Youth National Archery Championships 2024 to be held in Canberra over the Easter weekend. This year we are fielding a Recurve and Compound Team for the RGB Team events. We have also chosen to select a Barebow Team (Barebow Recurve, Barebow Compound and Longbow). There is no team event for the barebow categories, but we believe that these bow types deserve to be considered at the National Championships. Hopefully, Archery Australia will consider a formal team event for Barebow in future years and that other RGBs will follow our lead.

A huge congratulations to all those who applied for the team. A huge thank-you to all the parents and supporters who drove all over the State to the various QREs and events to give their children an opportunity to accumulate scores. Thanks also to the clubs who hosted QREs and events. Last, but not least, well done to the coaches for your tireless efforts in supporting these young athletes. It takes a lot of hard work from the athletes, their support crew and clubs to make all this happen. Well done all.
