Archery Victoria is making available Zoom online meeting facilities for all Member Clubs.
This is to assist with the conducting of Committee meetings during this period of concern due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic.
Each Club needs to advise the date and time of each meeting to the AV Secretary, along with an email address of each attendee.
This will allow for the setup of the Zoom meeting, and each invitee will receive an email with the links needed to participate.
